Merlin has been with us since June 2022

Merlin was a last minute save on Memorial day May 30, 2022. He arrived on our farm a week ago on Sunday June 5, 2022. Merlin is a pretty big boy and he's got that "in your pocket" personality.
He was seen by our vet on Tuesday 06/05/2022. We did a SAA on him and it was slightly elevated. Since he arrived together with the pony Zeke who's been fighting a fever, Dr. Skylar injected him with Exede. Today I switched him to SMZ's. We just want to be on the safe side.
Without a doubt he's a cushings horse but we didn't do a blood test yet because the readings would be off because of his SAA but I started him on Heiro. We will do that on Friday 06/17/2022 when he's scheduled with Dr. Johnson. Hopefully his SAA is down to 0 by then so he can get vaccinated as well. He also got his eye stained but no ulcers found but we are treating it with ointment.
Merlin also got his hooves done this week.
